Staples in my cupboard thanks to the ph diet

STAPLES TO KEEP IN YOUR CUPBOARD




Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Honey

Pure Maple Syrup

Agave Nectar

Almond Butter

Braggs Amino Acids

Braggs Ginger Sesame Dressing or vinegerette

Brown Rice or Quinoa or Wild rice

Whole wheat pasta

Whole wheat flour, brown rice flour, soy flour, buckwheat flour,

Oatmeal

Dry Cereals (Nature’s Path, Ezekial 4:9, and Kashi are pretty safe brands)

Ezekial Bread or Great Harvest Wheat Breads

Applesauce

Canned Pumpkin

A Wide Variety of Beans

Air Popped Popcorn

Salsa

Spices (cumin, cayenne, cinnamon, basil, crushed red pepper flakes, etc.)

Sea Salt

No salt seasoning (Mrs. Dash, or Costco has a great one)

Crushed garlic

Fresh and Frozen fruits and veggies (onion and peppers are always good to have)

A variety of RAW nuts (almonds, walnuts, pine nuts, etc.)

Soy or rice milk

Tofu (firm for meat, silken for recipes)
